User-Friendly Portal
The KMS Portal
Our robust, user-friendly portal allows you to visualize the health and status of your kiosk, or kiosks, whenever and wherever you may be. From capacity and battery life to reports and notifications, our portal helps you manage it all.
Our KMS will notify you in real-time when the maximum weight to be DEA and DOT compliant has been reached, when the liner is full, if the access door has been opened, and so much more.
Set up text or email notifications to be alerted when:
- The kiosk is full
- The maximum weight has been reached
- The hopper has been opened
- The battery is low
- The access door has been opened
Do you have a whole network of kiosks you manage and maintain? Visualize all of your kiosks, their health and status, or manage your notifications all in one spot.
Reorder supplies such as liners, download your Certificate of Destruction, or view any reports or kiosk data! The KMS Portal allows you to access everything you may need all in one user-friendly location!
Our KMS sends real-time updates on your kiosk to your portal, as well as text/email notifications. Monitor your kiosks’ capacity, the weight of your liner, view shipment and tracking reports, see when your kiosk has been accessed and how many times, and more with our new smart kiosk technology.
Not only does the KMS Portal allow you to check on your kiosks health, you can use this portal to track your liner/mail-back packages, reorder kits and other supplies, and together any reports and data related to your kiosks!
Custom Notification Preferences
Multi-Tiered Alert System
Not only do you have the ability to customize how you receive your alerts (via email, text or both), but alerts can also be customized according to what type of user you are. For instance, an employee will receive notifications about whether or not the liner is nearing its capacity limit – and if it does reach its limit, then someone in an administrator role can be alerted, increasing the level of urgency to critical. Our system has the versatility to allow you to set individual alarms for yourself and others at both the alert and critical alert levels so no one gets surprised!
